Work Completed

A front yard revival with structural finesse

This beautiful Warrawee home's front façade was in desperate need of an upgrade. The collapsed stone edging, patchy lawn and mountain of overgrown vegetation just didn't do the property justice.

The process began with the removal of the existing structure, followed by excavation and the pouring of a new concrete foundation. The new front retaining wall, constructed from reinforced core-filled concrete blocks supplied by ACM Blocks, stands as a testament to durability and design. Clad in Clairvaux Tumbled Wall crazy paving from Sareen Stone, the wall not only supports the garden’s terrain but also enhances the property's curb appeal with its distinctive, textured appearance.

Alongside the structural work, a comprehensive vegetation clear-out was undertaken to reset the landscape. This clearing made way for us to install Sir Walter Buffalo turf, known for its lush texture and resilience. The new turf lays a fresh green carpet, transforming the yard into a vibrant, welcoming space.

This renovation integrated high-quality materials and careful landscaping to address critical structural needs and dramatically improved the visual aspects of the property.
