Cameron leads Outdoor Residential with over two decades of experience across construction and landscape delivery.

He works closely with clients, architects and designers to ensure each project is carefully considered from concept through to completion. His approach is collaborative and detail-driven, with a focus on resolved outcomes and build quality.

Hamish McDonald

Operations Manager

Hamish oversees the operational and commercial structure of Outdoor Residential, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and with clarity behind the scenes.

A Chartered Accountant with a business degree, he manages finance, procurement, safety, HR and systems. His role ensures consistency across project delivery, supporting both the on-site team and client experience.

James Clark

Site Foreman

James leads day-to-day site delivery across projects, ensuring work is executed with precision and consistency.

With strong practical experience in landscape construction, he brings a structured and detail-focused approach to site coordination, quality control, and team management on the ground.

Luke Liversage

Site Foreman

Luke is a skilled Project Manager with a strong passion for landscape construction and a particular talent for working with natural stone. Combining practical experience with a creative eye for detail, he plays a key role in delivering thoughtful and beautifully crafted outdoor spaces. Luke is known for his ability to bring landscapes together with both precision and creativity, ensuring each project is completed to a high standard.

Tom Kirk

Qualified Tradesman

Tom is a qualified tradesman and the first to complete his apprenticeship within Outdoor Residential.

He has developed strong technical capability across all areas of landscape construction and is a consistent, reliable presence on site, contributing to high standards of workmanship.

Tom Brain

Tom joined Outdoor Residential prior to commencing his landscape construction qualification and has since completed his studies.

He combines formal training with developing on-site experience and is building capability across a range of construction techniques and detailing.
